Joel Digitals betreibt einen Online-Shop für digitale Produkte, Lizenzschlüssel, Design-Leistungen und Programmierung. Mit dem Zugriff auf diese Website oder dem Kauf von Produkten akzeptieren Sie die nachfolgenden Bedingungen.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all customers, both consumers and businesses, purchasing from Joel Digitals.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the purchase process is completed in the shop, confirmed by email, or agreed in writing (e.g., for custom services).

3. Services and Products

Joel Digitals offers the following:

• Digital products and license keys
• E-books via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon)
• Design services (on request)
• Custom software and web development (on request)

4. Usage Rights and Licenses

By purchasing a digital product or license key, the customer is granted a simple, non-exclusive right of use. Transfer or copying to third parties is prohibited without explicit permission.

5. Delivery and Provision

Digital products and license keys are delivered via email or customer account. For e-books sold through third parties, their delivery terms apply.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€). Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay), and other future methods.

7. Adjustment and Support Period

For custom-developed products, there is a 7-day correction period for valid functional issues after delivery. Major reprogramming is excluded.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This ceases when the consumer agrees that the digital delivery starts before the end of this period.

9. Returns and Refunds

After activation or delivery of digital products, returns are excluded. Design and other services are also non-returnable.

10. Liability and Warranty

Joel Digitals is only liable for intent and gross negligence as permitted by law. No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Jurisdiction is Saarland, Germany.
